Android Lollipop keyboard APK for Android 4.0 and later

Material_LightI’ve downloaded the Android Lollipop keyboard APK by XDA senior member SHAFTAMLE.

He managed to nab it from Google’s final developer SDK and now here we have a APK ready for you to download and use, (link below) as long as you have  Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or higher.

There is a downside:
Early users have noticed that the keyboard tends to force close on non-Google apps when changing to landscape mode. The thread starter has since promised to look into the issue. I have not noticed this

The Google keyboard now comes with the Material Design that looks far better. This is without doubt the most clean and minimalist keyboard that you can use out there. Check out the download link (at the bottom of the first post) within the official XDA thread at the source link below. Leave comments  if you get to try this. Oh, don’t forget to tick the Thanks button at the bottom of the XDA post if you download it.
