When it comes to launchers we have what I call ‘standard’ launchers, then there are the side launchers, which leave your screen uncluttered and available from whichever screen you’re on. This brings me nicely onto Swapps, a side launcher I’ve been using for over a year now and I would be lost without it.
So how does it work:
Firstly you will have to go into the General Settings section where you set your main preferences, number of apps in the Starred section, number of Recently Used apps.
In the Active Spot Settings, you can set the Width, Height and which side of the screen to have the Spot and where on the screen to place the Spot. There are three sections, Starred, Recently Used and All Apps. In the Starred section you can have up to 100 but, I have 10 which are my most used apps. You change the settings in the General Settings section.

One of the beauties of Swapps is that you can change any app, anytime from the pull-out, just long press on the app and a menu will appear. Here you can Change app, Clear the app from the section or, app info.
It is a very simple but a powerful little launcher that will be one my phone for a long time.
