Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Updates Land On Xbox 360 And PS3


Sledgehammer Games is in the process of rolling out a Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare update to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. The update addresses many issues including problems with challenges, spectator mode and more.

The news arrived via a post on the developers blog with Sledgehammer saying the patch fixes marksman and camo challenge problems, meaning they will no longer reset every time you prestige. Other fixes included the ability to unlock eSports Rule options in Private Match and Ping Bar not updating correctly. The full patch notes are below:

  • Fixed marksman and camo challenges to not reset when you Prestige.
  • Fixed issues with Ping Bar not updating correctly.
  • Adjustment to challenges to unlock camos for weapons.
  • Implemented ability to unlock eSports Rule options in Private Match.
  • Spawn in spectator mode fix.
