EE set to raise prices on May 28th

EE have sent out some information to let customers know that they plan to raise the cost of your price plan by 2.7% on May 28th, 2014. EE can do this as there new terms and conditions allow them to raise prices by the rate of inflation once a year as long as 30 days notice is given. This may upset some customers and we have already had a load of emails asking what can be done. At this time it’s unclear as it seems OFCOM have agreed that EE are within there rights to do this.
