EE’s new “Priority Answer” system angers customers

image

UK carrier EE has managed to spark outrage among customers with its new customer service system. The new system allows customers to jump the call line if they agree to pay a 50p fee leaving others to wait it out. Customers have taking to social media to voice there anger and some have even emailed us to voice their concerns. An EE spokesperson has answered the critics by saying they will:

“still process calls as quickly and efficiently as we can”. The option of paying the charge is being made available to everyone except pay-as-you-go customers.

What do you think of EE’s new “priority answer” policy? Personally I think it is an absolute joke and just a other way for the company to make extra cash on the side at customers expenses. Let us know what you think.

BeginnersTech was an idea I had one Sunday when I was bored. It is now not only a website but a successful YouTube channel that takes me all over the world. Don’t ever let anyone discourage you. Chase those dreams.
