Google Drive now supports video streaming

The Google Drive Android app has just been updated and now includes the one feature everyone has been wishing for, video streaming. So now when you store your movies on Google Drive you will be able to play them back on your Android phone and tablet.

There are a few things worth noting. For this to work you must be running Android 3.0 or above. Other updates include pinch-to-zoom support in presentation viewer and a few other bug fixes. If you are already a Google Drive user hit the Play Store now to update, if you are not a user there hasn’t been a better time than now to jump on board.
