Google Keyboard Update Rolling Out, New Languages Added

Google has started rolling out an update to the Google keyboard App, they have certainly had a busy few days. The new version 3.2 adds 8 new languages and a better looking and organised settings menu.

The new settings menu as you can see above is nice and neat now with settings grouped into sections rather than having one large list like previous versions.

So onto the new languages. There are 8 new additions in total. The vast majority of the languages will please Indian users and allow them to use Google Keyboard.

The full list of new languages are:

– Bengali
– Hindi
– Kannada
– Malayalam
– Maathi
– Tamil (India)
– Tamil (Singapore)
– Telugu

So that’s about all the new version brings other than the usual bug fixes. You can head into the PlayStore now and get your download on.

Do you use Google Keyboard or one of the many other options available? Let us know your preference.
