Google Launches Chrome Dev to Google Play

Chrome-Dev-IconGoogle have hit us with another version of Chrome. They have released Chrome Dev on Google Play. Similar to Chrome Beta, which is still available, Google’s description of the app states.

Welcome to Chrome Dev for Android!

  • Live on the bleeding edge: Try out our latest features. (They’ll be rough around the edges!)
  • Give early feedback: Let us know what you think and help make Chrome for Android a better browser.

You can install Chrome Dev alongside other channels of Chrome for Android.

So, if the Chrome Beta was not already buggy enough for you, Chrome Dev will allow you to have the latest features from Google ahead of anyone else, bugs and all.

After downloading and installing, I don’t notice any real differences. It looks and operates like Chrome, with no changes in the overall appearance.

Go give it a shot and clue us in on anything special you find. Nothing wrong with having features before everyone else, right?
