Google Now appears in Chrome Browser code, could we see it soon?

It looks like Google Now is that little bit closer to arriving on Chrome Browser for Windows and Chrome platforms. The latest code was spotted by Chromium enthusiast Francois Beaufort in the back end of the latest release. Francois has spotted hints in previous releases that suggested it was on the way and now it is here. Sadly users will need to know the relevant Google Now Server for it to function. Google Now cards and notifications are also not present yet, obviously as the feature is not public. If you want to have a look or read a little bit more about it check the source link out.
