Google Play 4.5.10 update brings Social Activity stream

Google’s Play Store app is getting an update today that has already begun to roll out which will be bringing a bit more social activity to the application. This new version (4.5.10 for those of you keeping track) will introduce a new social activity feed for you to check out.

It isn’t the biggest update in the world but the new social activity feed is an interesting feature to have added to the Google Play store. Of course since this is Google it is tied to Google+ activity and shows recently reviewed items or anything that’s gotten +1.

There’s also additional UI tweaks and more importantly a new indicator that shows when a game or application contains APIs. This is something that should have been there a long time ago. Better late than never right? The update is slowly rolling out so everyone should have it hopefully by the end of the weekend. IF you don’t want to wait, you can download the APK below.
