Google’s Chromebook 1TB of free Drive storage Update

google_chrome-600Back in November Beginnerstech told you about the 1TB of free Drive storage when buying a new Chromebook.

At the time we were not sure which Chromebook was included in the offer. But now it looks like any Chromebook you buy before December 31st and redeem the offer by January 31, 2015 qualifies.

Looking for an affordable laptop for Christmas? The offer is good for any new Chromebook laptop either in-store, online, or through the Google Play Store.

Normally a 1TB Google Drive plan runs about $10 (£6.40) a month and over the course of 2 years, that’s a $240 (£153) in saving. So even buying the cheapest Chromebook which is around £179.99 approximately, means some serious savings. Included in the storage deal is Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and not forgetting Gmail.
