Honor announces the Honor 5C priced at £149/€199

Today Honor announced the Honor 5C that they have been teasing for a few days, and finally we have all official data on the device which among other things offers a 5.2-inch screen, Kirin 650 processor and 2GB of RAM

The Honor 5C screen measures in at 5.2 inches with a Full HD resolution, for anyone who cares that provides 424 pixels per inch density.

The Honor 5C is just 8.3 mm thick and boasts materials like aircraft aluminium. The Honour 5c features the new Kirin 650, which is an octa-core chip (Quad-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 + quad-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53) manufactured in 16 nanometers, which has a 65% more performance than the previous model and consumes 40% less energy. In addition, it has doubled the power of its new GPU against the Kirin 620 for a team that offers a new experience with EMUI 4.1 for Android 6.0 Marshmallow standard.

The main camera is not only 13MP – with autofocus, aperture f / 2.0 and flash LED – but it has a set of lenses 5P macro, plus a front camera of 8 MP Sony / Hynix for selfies.

Completing the features is a dual antenna to ensure you never lose coverage

– Bands 3G: HSDPA 900/2100

– Bands 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900) with a device that is dual SIM, although one of the slots is used for microSD.

Finally, the Honor 5c has a high-capacity 3000mAh battery attached to Honors battery saving features promising good results.
