‘HTC First’ Calls ‘Facebook Home’

Well, it’s official. The HTC First will be the first phone that has Facebook Home preinstalled. It will be released on the AT&T network on April 12, for $99. It will also be released in Europe soon; however, the date has not been released yet. The HTC First will come in a variety of colors, including black, red, pale blue, and white.

There hasn’t been too much released about the specs, but we do know that the HTC First will have a 4.3” screen to display your Facebook content. It will also support AT&T’s 4G LTE and have the new duel-core Snapdragon 400 processor.

As you can expect, there will be much more to come. So, stay tuned for new updates.

I am an avid enthusiast of everything mobile. I have used many different platforms, including Blackberry, Android, iOS – and yes – even WebOS. I want to use my experience with these platforms, and my background in engineering, to give my thoughts on the functionality of current mobile technology and its impact on the industry. I hope to foster discussion on these topics, and I am looking forward to hearing from all of you.
