I don’t know about you guys and girls but I’m super excited for Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 1st, as we will get to see HTC’s new flagship revealed. According to Bloomberg we have good right to be excited as they have detailed some of the hardware we can expect to see arrive with the upcoming M9 and also said that it may not be the only product HTC unveil at MWC as they look set to unveil a smartwatch.
Bloomberg who cite an unnamed source state that HTC’s new flagship codenamed M9 will feature a 20 MP rear camera along with an UltraPixel camera up front. Apparently it will resemble the M8 in terms of looks but that’s certainly not a bad thing, it will also come in grey, gold and silver.
This is were it gets interesting as the upcoming M9 is reportedly powered by an eight-core Snapdragon 810 CPU and feature Dolby 5.1 audio technology. There is no mention of screen size etc but rumours point to 5-Inch Full HD option along with Sense 7 UI.
With HTC penning a deal with Under Armour Bloomberg States it looks like HTC could be set to integrate it’s technology into their smartwatch. There are no more details at present but the next month will see an exciting build up and it’s going to get interesting.
