HTC to reveal next flagship at Mobile World Congress on March 1

htc-std-mwc-2015To no one’s surprise, HTC is today sending out invites for a press event being held at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona this March.

HTC’s invitation reads “utopia in progress” and says to “join us to see what’s next.” on March 1st 2015 at the MWC in Barcelona which has always been a week when manufacturers introduce their latest and greatest.

It looks like HTC is to carry on the tradition this year. Based on the latest rumours, HTC will be unveiling its “Hima” flagship, also called by some the HTC One (M9).

Even last month, specifications for the HTC “Hima” seemed to be strongly agreed across the net that the “Hima” or (M9), would have a 5-inch display, a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. It’s also rumoured to have 3GB of RAM, have support for VoLTE/CA/LTE Cat.6, and a healthy 2,840 mAh battery. Also widely rumoured, is the chance it could come with the Snapdragon’s 810 processor.

So we’ll see just how right they are, soon enough.
