How to jailbreak ios 4.3.3 untethered using sn0wbreeze 2.7 step-by-step guide

SnOwbreeze 2.7 has been updated to jailbreak ios 4.3.3 untethered. This guide will help you create a custom IPSW that you can use to restore to jailbreak your idevice while preserving your baseband on Iphone.

– Windows XP, Vista, 7 (32 or 64 bit)

– .NET Framework 2.0  If you do not have .NET Framework 2.0, download it here from Microsoft.

Supported devices

  • iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4
  • iPad 1
  • iPod Touch 3, iPod Touch 4.
  • Apple TV 2G


– Open snOwbreeze and click on the blue arrow bottom Right of screen

– Now click browse and point it to the ios 4.3.3 IPSW you downloaded earlier and click Next again

– Now you can see a message on the window saying 4.3.3 IPSW verified. If your using an iPhone 3GS, you are promoted with a window which ask you to select older or new baseband. If you don’t know which of these two, click on “Detect it for me” to let the software detect your baseband version.

– After this you will be asked to select a mode.


– Now select  “Expert Mode” and select Build IPSW click next. If you reply on an unlock, go to settings and make sure that Activate The iPhone [Hacktivate] is selected and then click Build IPSW

– SnOwbreeze will now build your custom jailbroken IPSW so be patient.

– Ok so when It says done snOwbreeze has saved the custom IPSW onto your desktop so just click ok.

– At this point you need to put your iOS device into DFU mode. To do so follow the on screen instructions

  • Turn OFF your iOS device
  • Press and hold Home + Power button for 10 seconds
  • Now release the Power button and hold Home for 30 sec.

– Now iREB will run to put your iOS device in Recovery mode. Please make sure that your iOS device is kept connected to your PC

– Itunes should now open if it doesn’t then open it. Ok now hold the SHIFT button in on your computer and click restore.

– You will now get a window pop up all that’s left to do is select the custom IPSW snOwbreeze made and click OK.

When the restore is finished you will now be Jailbroken ENJOY
