LG has announced the Bello II, 5-Inch display and 8MP camera

LG’s budget L series arrived back in 2014, aiming to bring affordable handsets to emerging markets. LG’s aim is to bring software features found on their high end smartphone’s to more budget hardware. With that said LG has just introduced a new model into the series called the Bello II.

The Bello II arrives with a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) display, 1.3GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, microSD slot, 8MP rear shooter, 5MP front shooter, 3G connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and a 2,540mAh battery. Overall the hardware is nothing to get overly excited about but still pretty good for a budget handset. Software wise the Bello II runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with LG UX 4.0 on top.

If your looking to pick the handset up it will be available in all the colour options you see above. The Bello II will make it’s way to India first as well as select Latin America markets this month. After that Europe, Russia and other countries will start to see it appearing in the third quarter. It should also be noted that different regions will have different branding like the LG Max and LG Prime just because that’s what companies like to do.
