Netflix for Android gets an update

If you use Netflix on your Android device you will be happy to know that finding your favourite film or show is now easier.

Netflix unveiled there new look App over the weekend and on first look we noticed that the new layout is the same seen on the iPhone and iPad.

When you first open up the App you will now be presented with loads of movies and TV shows that are carefully selected for you based on your preferences to browse through without the need to even search. There is also a column for all your media you havent finished watching yet to allow you to easily start were you left off.

If you tap once on a title you will be faced with a synopsis while double tapping opens the media in the player. Tapping the Browse menu in the upper left corner displays a list of genres, including TV shows, Horror, Romance, Science Fiction, and Documentaries. Parents can also tap the Children and Family category to find kid-friendly titles.

We think the new layout is awesome and makes Netflix a pleasure to use on our tablets and mobiles do you? If you havent yet got Netflix you can get it from Google Play now.
