O2 brings Visual Voicemail to Windows phone customers

tmp_O2-logo3291004759The recent update for Windows Phone 8.1 has boosted devices with Visual Voicemail, which is available exclusively to O2 customers. O2 have been working closely with Microsoft to implement this feature into their network and to get it enabled on devices with an O2 Pay Monthly SIM via the new 8.1 update.

This works similarly to how it does on an iPhone – when a voicemail is received it is downloaded to the handset and displays visual controls to play, pause and delete. It’s easy and straightforward to use after customers go through the simple activation process.
