It’s 2015; everything leaks. This time it’s turn for the OnePlus 2 to show off in detail ahead of its official launch later today. Several images posted by an alleged tester of the device have been published both in Android Central and in the XDA Developer Forum.
The alleged Chinese tester comments on several of the device’s features. It says the 2 has an ugly design, but that the crafting is good, however, the OnePlus 1 was better. It features a thicker body, but feels good in the hands. The tester says the camera has OIS, but there’s no Sony sensor. Contrary to what OnePlus has boasted about its fingerprint scanner being quicker than the iPhone’s, the tester says the fingerprint home button is not quite sensitive.
It also says the Oxygen OS is not finalized yet and has lots of bugs. Maybe it just needs a couple of updates to fix the bugs and polish the interface.
So overall the device looks really good in the images. We can see it has the same Sandstone Black as the OnePlus 1 and a removable back cover as well.
We already know a bunch of features and specs about the device. You can read all about them here. Meanwhile, enjoy these awesome pictures of the device while we wait for the official announcement.
