Great news if your are looking to pick one of Samsung’s latest flagship devices up, as any bloatware that has been pre-installed can easily be removed at the click of a button.
This is great news as the comment section of my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge review was full of people asking about bloatware so clearly it is an issue with some.
The screen shots and news arrive from XDA Developers forum member Jeshter2000 who shared the above screenshots that show the ability to uninstall a variety of apps, including content from Google, as well as Microsoft’s apps. It also looks like Samsung’s own apps like S Health and S Voice can be removed as well so great news for those hoping to create as much space as possible.
Its also worth noting that any deleted apps can easily be downloaded again at any time on Google’s Play Store or Samsung’s own marketplace.
