Samsung’s Galaxy NX Android powered camera arrives on Jessops

When we first heard of the Samsung Galaxy NX camera the thing that stood out most was the heavy price tag. Jessops have listed the shooter online and the price is still standing out coming in at £1,299 for the Android-powered mirror less model with an 18-55mm lens. This is a lot of money considering the rep the Canon EOS 70D has and its cheaper. Enough about the price tho as the Galaxy NX is a great piece of kit and it is the first ever interchangeable lense camera to run Android. On top of that it has 3G/4G LTE radios, a 20.3-megapixel APS-C sensor, shooting speed of 8.6fps, WiFi, 16GB of built in storage and 1/6000 shutter speed. If that means nothing to you then know this, its a pretty decent camera. We personally don’t think the true photographers out there will like it and if reviews I have read are anything to go by then the lack of manual dials and terribly slow startup will probably put you off. However if you still want a worlds first then hit up the source link now.
