Say hello to the Foursquare’s Time Machine

I use Foursquare nearly, if not everyday so, when they told me about Time Machine, I was intrigued.
Now you know that Foursquare is a neat way to keep your friends up to speed with your location and activities, as is the norm in this day and age.
Foursquare with the help of Samsung, you can now see all your Foursquare check-ins through a living timeline called Time Machine. Even if you don’t have a Foursquare account, check out the demo. It’s really cool.

  • Zoom through time and space as you visualize all your check-ins
  • Discover all the places you should head to next
  • Save and share pretty infographics of all your stats

Foursquare Blog:

With 4 billion check-ins on Foursquare, we love exploring new ways to visualize all the places people go around the world, and the connections they’re making between them. Now, you can re-live each and everyone of your check-ins, and have your own beautiful visualization to share with the new Foursquare Time Machine.

Time Machine is an aerial view your check-ins laid out chronologically. It plays back at warp speed, laser-like streamers of color dashing from one check-in to the next. A sidebar shows you stats about your check-ins while locations flash up across the screen.

Ready to enter the Foursquare Time Machine? Click Here. then click on (if you have a Foursquare account) Fetch My History. You will see at the bottom a play button and a slider bar just above it to zoom in or out. And the background music’s not bad either.
