Sony’s gigantic Xperia Z Ultra is more like a small tablet than a large phone but if big is your thing O2 and Three have got you covered. The Xperia Z Ultra is a 6.4-inch monster powered by the awesome Snapdragon 800 processor which is sure to give you enough power to have fun. Both Three and O2 are selling offering the device in store but if buying online is your thing then O2 is your only choice until 18th October as Three is not taking online orders until then.

So let’s talk priceplans, Three are starting there plans at £34/month with a £99 upfront cost on a two-year plan but as O2 have joined the 4G bandwagon they have loads of 3G/4G plans to choose from through it’s “O2 Refresh” programme. If contracts aren’t your thing then O2 will sell you the Ultra on PAYG for £599 so there are plenty of options to choose from. For full details of all the plans available be sure to check the source links below.
