Sony Xperia Z2 pre-orders begin in the UK

We seen a load of devices unveiled at Mobile World Congress one of them being Sony’s new flagship device the Z2. The Z2 has many welcomed upgrades from last years Z1 and we certainly can’t wait to get our hands on one for a full review. If like us you are wanting to pick the Z2 up then UK retailers are starting to offer pre-orders. Phones4u have unveiled it’s on-contract prices for the Z2 as well as a release date of April 11th matching the global launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S5. The Z2 is set to be available for free on a 24 month contract from Vodafone and EE starting at £47 per month. If that monthly cost is to high you can always opt to pay £49.99 upfront bringing the monthly cost down to £42. The handset will be available in both black and white at Phones4u. Incase you are wondering why there is no purple option available that’s because O2 have the exclusive on that colour and Phones4u have the exclusivity on the white model.

If you pre-order the Z2 you are also in line for some goodies as you will get a free Sony SRS-BTX300 wireless speaker that retails at £119 alone in addition to “exclusive Sony content including games, music and six movies,” and a 50% discount on the cost of Sony’s Smartband accessory. Thats not all because if you take a 4G tariff out you will also receive £50 Google Play credit so if you are set on the Z2 then we advise get the pre-order done ASAP.
