Three Uk service disruption July 13-15



Three UK today issued a brief text message today with a link saying that they are upgrading their  systems, and some services will be be affected, including premium rate services.

What’s Happening

From 6pm Saturday 13 July until 8am Monday 15 July we’re upgrading our billing systems. We’re sorry, this means during this time you won’t be able to use any premium rate text services including shortcodes. You’ll still be able to call and text standard UK landlines and mobiles and use the internet in the UK.

Services that won’t be available

• Using My3 (via online, on mobile or by calling 333). Please note, if you have a Three business account you won’t have access to My3

• Making a payment, checking bill or details on your account

• Buying Add-ons and the Euro Internet Pass

• Using internet abroad including Apps (such as Facebook) and maps

• Credit limit alerts.
