Xiaomi has 100 million active MIUI users

xiaomi-mi-note-officialXiaomi is having a small event today in San Francisco, and they have revealed an interesting and substantial statistic. Xiaomi says that 100 million users are actively using their MIUI ROM.

Xiaomi co-founder and president Bin Lin says that 5 out of the top 8 devices activated were devices made by the company. These devices are specifically the Xiaomi Mi 2S, Mi 3, Redmi Note, Redmi 1s and the original Redmi.

While Xiaomi may not be that big outside of China, it’s clear that in their home territory that they are one of the top manufacturers of mobile devices. Do any of you use either a Xiaomi device or their MIUI ROM?
