YouTube Updates For Android, Brings Suggestion Overlays


Google has updated its YouTube for Android app today, with bugfixes and a new video suggestion system. Along with update to the slide-out drawer feature expands, bringing new animations and the ability to pull up the side panel app wide.


Here’s the changelog from the Google Play Store:

  • Open the guide from anywhere in the app for quick access to your subscriptions and feeds
  • Video suggestion overlays during playback
  • Bug fixes and stability improvements

The changes are nothing revolutionary, but nice nonetheless. Look for the update in the Google Play Store.
