Google Clock app now stan alone Google Play

google-clockGoogle today has at last, brought its Clock app with material design to Google Play as a stand alone app which will allow users to receive faster updates.

Google’s Clock app now brings all of its great features to everyone. Previously the Clock app was only found buried in the Android OS, but Google have called time on this and now made Clock a stand-alone app for everyone to download.

Google has brought a number of its core apps to Google Play to be able to update them independently of the OS. Along with just bringing it to Google Play, Google has also added some new Android Wear support.

Here are the features of Google’s Clock app:

  • Set alarms, add timers, and run a stopwatch
  • Add your favorite cities to the World Clock pane
  • Connect with Android Wear to snooze or dismiss alarms from  your watch

The ability to snooze or dismiss alarms is a new feature found in version 4.0.1. You can now download Google Clock app free, from the link below.
