honor_7_mainThe Honor 7 is to get its UK unveiling in August. A press event is scheduled for Thursday 27th August but at the moment we do not have the venue. The Honor 6+ had events in London and around the UK including two in Scotland which were great fun, held in Skyscanner’s offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The Honor 7 is clad in a aluminum alloy.

Specs for the Honor 7 include:
5.2-inch full-HD display,
Huawei’s Kirin 935 SoC with a 64-bit octa-core CPU (four Cortex A53 cores at 2.2GHz with four Cortex A53 at 1.5GHz),
Mali-T628 GPU,
3GB RAM, 64GB internal memory,
microSD slot (128GB max),
20MP camera (Sony IMX230 sensor) with phase detection autofocus, 8MP front camera,
LTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.1, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS,
3,100mAh battery.

On the software front, the Honor 7 will feature EMUI 3.1 atop Android 5.0. There’s also a fingerprint sensor that sits under the rear camera sensor, allowing you to unlock the phone with a single tap.
More information will come about for the Honor 7  including availability and pricing at the event in August. We will be there to cover the event.
