New Kindle Paperwhite with HD display announced by Amazon

If you’re looking for a tablet just to read books and magazines, then look no further. For just $119 dollars you will soon be able to get Amazon’s upgraded Kindle Paperwhite. With its high-res 300 ppi screen, text is even sharper than in the original Paperwhite (212 ppi).

New Kindle Glare

One of the greatest advantages of the Paperwhite, as seen in the image above, is that you don’t have to deal with that annoying screen glare while reading, even in direct sunlight. Battery life is also a major convenience, lasting up to a few weeks without having to recharge, making it easy to take it with you to long trips and not having to worry about the battery dying the next day.

You can preorder the New Kindle Paperwhite here and it will be released on June 30.
